


Chandigarh, 18 November:On the eve of Naturopathy Day, the Finesse Institute of Hospitality and Wellness organized a vibrant and engaging event titled ‘Nature Plate Challenge’, bringing together students from various batches to celebrate the healing power of nature. Dr. Kamaljit Kaur, Director, shared, “Through this activity, we want our students to understand the power of natural foods and how simple ingredients can heal, nourish, and energize the body.”The competition encouraged students to prepare complete meals using only natural ingredients, aligning with the core principles of naturopathy—wholesome, unprocessed, and nature-derived nutrition. Participants showcased immense creativity and talent by presenting beautifully prepared dishes based on fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds, grains, and other unrefined ingredients.Students from different diploma and certification batches took part enthusiastically, reflecting the institute’s commitment to hands-on learning and holistic wellness education. The event served as a platform for them to demonstrate their culinary knowledge, nutritional understanding, and innovative thinking.The dishes were evaluated by a panel of judges on four key parameters:Nutritional Value, Creativity & Presentation, Use of Natural Ingredients, Clarity of Explanation.The Finesse Institute continues to empower students with practical knowledge and skill-based education, ensuring they evolve as confident professionals in the fields of hospitality, wellness, and nutrition.
